Scanners – I met with Janet Yott, Debbie Watters, and Kerry Sharp this morning and demonstrated how to use Preview with the scanners. 

Debbie Garner – showed Debbie the scanner procedure.

eRate – wrote to Jane Kellogg and expressed concern over how late we are getting committment letters from Universal Services this year. She and Mai relpied that our Category 2 funding (internal connections) would be approved and we are just waiting on the letter. The C2 amount is not yet clear so we should wait for the letter before asking vendors to move forward. The Category 1 funding is still in review. In conclusion, we should contact AT&T and OneNet and request additional delay before upgradinging our bandwidth. I will sent inquiry emails to AT&T and OneNet.

DNI – wrote to Peder Angval at DNI and started the scheduling process for network upgrade by contacting Mr. Gower who requested that we try to avoid Oct. 1 and a couple of days prior for outage. Peder said he would check his schedule.
